Clear, practical terms for buying PixelWall products and ordering custom print work.
Orders
Orders are confirmed when checkout is completed and payment or manual payment instructions are accepted. We may contact you if artwork, address, stock, or payment details need review.
Custom prints
You are responsible for making sure uploaded artwork is yours to print and is high enough quality for the selected product. We may reject artwork that is unlawful, unsafe, or unsuitable for production.
Pricing and availability
Prices are shown in PKR and may change before checkout. If a product, finish, or size becomes unavailable after ordering, we will offer a replacement, delay notice, or refund.
Shipping
Delivery estimates are based on normal studio and courier timelines. Delays can happen due to address issues, weather, public holidays, or courier disruption.
Returns and replacements
Stock products can be returned within 30 days if unused and in resellable condition. Custom products are made for you and are only refundable or replaceable if damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced.
Accounts
Keep your login details secure. Activity under your account may be treated as authorized unless you notify us promptly about suspected unauthorized access.
