Returns

All items are made to order, so we don't accept discretionary returns. Send a photo within 7 days via WhatsApp or email and we'll replace a defective, damaged, or incorrect item at no cost.

Every item is made to order. We will send a dispatch update when production and packing are complete; custom artwork may take longer when file review is needed.

Yes, if the order has not shipped. Contact support as soon as possible with your order number and the corrected address.

Send your order number and clear photos of the packaging and product within 7 days. We will arrange a replacement when the damage is confirmed.

Custom prints are made for your artwork and are not returnable unless damaged, defective, or produced incorrectly.
