Pakistan-wide tracked delivery is available after dispatch. Metro delivery can be faster.

Stock items have a 30-day return window. Custom products are handled case by case.

Most orders leave the studio within 3 to 5 business days. Custom artwork can take a little longer if the file needs manual review.

Yes, if the order has not shipped. Contact support as soon as possible with your order number and the corrected address.

Send your order number and clear photos of the packaging and product within 7 days. We will arrange a replacement when the damage is confirmed.

Custom prints are made for your artwork and are not returnable unless damaged, defective, or produced incorrectly.
