Standard Delivery takes 3-6 business days across Pakistan. It costs PKR 299, or is free when the order reaches PKR 5,000.
When carrier tracking is available, we'll send it after dispatch. You can also contact us with your order number for a status update.
All pieces are made to order, so we don't offer discretionary returns. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or different from what you configured, send a photo within 7 days via WhatsApp (+92 334 3965572) or email (help@lastingdetails.com) and we'll replace it free of charge - no restocking or return shipping cost to you.
We accept JPG, PNG, and WEBP files up to 8MB. For the best print quality, upload the largest original image you have - our team reviews every file before production begins and will contact you if there's an issue.
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We can update the address only before dispatch, and carrier changes cannot be guaranteed after shipment.
We're sorry that happened. Send a photo and your order number within 7 days via WhatsApp (+92 334 3965572) or email (help@lastingdetails.com) - we'll send a replacement immediately at no cost.
