You'll get a tracking email the moment your order leaves our studio. You can also see real-time status in your account → orders page, including production stage and estimated arrival window.

30 days, no questions asked, on all stock items. Custom prints are non-refundable unless damaged in shipping — in which case we replace them immediately, free of charge.

We accept JPG, PNG, and PDF files. For the best print quality we recommend at least 300 DPI — our team reviews every file before production begins and will contact you if there's an issue.

Yes — as long as your order hasn't entered the "Shipped" stage. Go to account → orders → manage to edit. If already shipped, contact us and we'll try to redirect with the carrier.

We're sorry that happened. Email us at help@pixelwall.studio within 7 days with a photo and your order number — we'll send a replacement immediately at no cost.
